Linda is a native Oklahoman and has been married to Armand Dela Rosa for fifteen years.

Before joining Collins, Zorn, & Wagner in 2008 she worked for the Oklahoma Attorney Gerneral as Assistant Attorney General (1991 - 2008), and was also the Oklahoma Representative on the National Association of Attorneys General Disabilities Task Force (1996 - 1997).
