Born in Des Moines, Iowa, in 1957, Tim Melton moved with his family to Oklahoma in 1968.  His son, Jacob, plays "quads" in the drum section of the Amarillo, Texas, High School Marching band, and his daughter, Erin, is a Junior Member of the Amarillo Ballet.  Before joining Collins, Zorn & Wagner, Tim had a civil litigation practice, specializing in employment law, school law and general litigation.

Joined Collins, Zorn, & Wagner in 2007.
